Frequently asked questions
What almost everyone asks us before starting.
Is there a cost for a demo or pilot?
The initial demo is free. Pilots are designed to fit the scope, the number of codes and the use case we define together.
How long does NaviLens take to deploy?
A pilot can be live in weeks. Larger rollouts are phased to enable a progressive, orderly implementation with stronger user adoption.
Do we need special infrastructure?
No. NaviLens codes print like any signage and the app works on standard smartphones, no extra hardware.
Does NaviLens help meet accessibility requirements?
Accessibility duties fall on you as the service provider, employer or public body, not on a vendor’s product – so no technology discharges them on its own. NaviLens serves as an auxiliary aid under section 20 of the Equality Act 2010, helping you provide information in an accessible format, and we provide the accessibility documentation your procurement team needs.
