§ Compliance
Accessibility regulations in branches and offices
Accessibility in branches and offices combines requirements that apply to customer-facing spaces, services and digital channels. NaviLens supports accessible wayfinding and information as part of a comprehensive accessibility strategy.
- Equality Act 2010
Employees and visitors
Employers must make reasonable adjustments for disabled staff and applicants, and service providers for disabled customers in branches and receptions. NaviLens makes wayfinding, floor directories and service points readable by voice for employees and visitors alike.
- Public procurement
Selling to the public sector
Public bodies must have due regard to the public sector equality duty in what they buy, and accessibility documentation is routinely requested in tenders. We can support the accessibility documentation your bid team needs.
- ESG / DEI
Accessibility reporting
NaviLens provides usage metrics by site, language and information point – evidence you can cite in ESG disclosures, DEI reporting and accessibility audits, and in responses to enterprise or government RFPs.
