§ Why NaviLens in banking & enterprise

Accessible service and wayfinding in every branch.

    • 01

      Truly inclusive customer service

In a bank branch, an insurance office or a law firm, any blind or low-vision customer can reach the counter, identify their queue number or find the right associate without asking for help. Accessibility stops being a favor and becomes part of the service.

    • 02

Employees and visitors who move on their own

Reception, access control, floor directories, meeting rooms, restricted zones—NaviLens guides employees, visitors, vendors and candidates through the building without overloaded receptionists or confusing signage.

    • 03

      Compliance and brand reputation

Universal accessibility is both a legal requirement and a reputational asset. For banks, insurers and large enterprises, an accessible environment strengthens brand, ESG commitments and ADA Title III compliance.
