We make the real world accessible — with you.

NaviLens started with a simple question: what if a blind person could cross a metro station without asking for help? Today the answer lives in airports, medicines, museums and supermarkets across 30+ countries. And we keep writing it every day, with people like you.

    Why NaviLens

Real impact, hard technology, people who care.

    01

    Your work matters to someone

Nothing here stays a demo. Every line of code, every label and every call ends up in the hands of someone who today finds their platform, their medicine, or a sign they couldn't read before. That changes how Monday mornings feel.

    02

    Problems that hook you

Computer vision, a code system we invented ourselves, native apps and an infrastructure serving millions of scans. The challenges are real — and so is the satisfaction of cracking them.

    03

    Small team, enormous reach

We work with Renfe, the New York Metro, Bimbo, Cinfa and DHL… and we still know everyone by name. Based in Murcia, global soul, deployments in 30+ countries.

    How we work

    Few rituals, many decisions.

    1. I

      Autonomy with a mission

Everyone owns their area and genuinely decides. When in doubt, the compass is simple: whatever makes life more accessible for someone goes first.

    2. II

      Product over noise

We prefer shipping to meeting. Short meetings, clear docs, and a healthy obsession with the person on the other side — not the org chart.

    3. III

      Continuous learning

Training, conferences and protected time to explore (and get it wrong). Bringing outside ideas in isn't a perk: it's part of the job.

    4. IV

Made in Murcia, shipped to the world

We like seeing each other at our Murcia offices — some coffees fix more than three meetings would. Remote work is available depending on role and responsibility.
