Nuria Fructuoso Ruiz is a co-founder of NaviLens. In 2005 she founded Nuevos Sistemas Tecnológicos (Neosistec) with Javier Pita, the Murcia-based company where, after years of research with the University of Alicante, the NaviLens code was born in 2017. She was a founding partner in charge of marketing and finance.
From 2005 to 2025 she led the company's marketing: product concept and development, business-model analysis, web, SEO and SEM, digital campaigns, strategic communications, social media and events. From 2017 to 2025 she also served as NaviLens's Chief Operating and Financial Officer.
Earlier she co-founded Voozzer Technologies, focused on natural-language processing, and Kids Technologies, focused on technology for children and education. She holds a Master's in Digital Marketing from ICEMD and completed the Executive Growth Program at IESE Business School. She is a member of the Spanish Red Cross.
On this blog she writes about the company, its purpose and the way it understands growth: a technology designed from day one to create positive impact for people, and a company that wants to grow without losing sight of why it exists.
