What kind of data do we process?
1. Data collected for the provision of the service
- Content presentation preferences selected by the user (accessible route, pictograms, etc.)
- Date and time of marker reads
- Identification code of the marker read
- App install identifier (random identifier not linked to the device)
- User email (if previously entered)
- Device make, model, and operating system version
- Language set in the app
- App version
- Network operator data
2. Technical infrastructure data (Internal Operations)
IP address is recorded exclusively at the infrastructure layer and used only for:
- Forensic analysis and internal security auditing when legally required
- Monitoring platform operation and detecting security attacks or anomalies
- Updating security rules and protecting service integrity
Not used for:
- User behavior analysis
- User profiling or individual identification
- Personalized or behavioral advertising
Access to this information is restricted exclusively to technical system administrators.
3. Device permissions
- Camera: Required for marker reading. Image processing is performed entirely on the device and is not sent to NaviLens servers or third parties.
- Notifications: Used in certain integrations.

We only process data strictly necessary to manage or resolve your request.
- Marker reading:
To provide environmental information and guidance through digital marker scanning.

When necessary for application functionality or updates.

If you choose to share tags, related personal data will be stored exclusively for that purpose.

How long will we keep your data?

- Automatically deleted afterwards unless legally required
