The new Lleida Bus Station, inaugurated by President Salvador Illa on 28 February 2026 after a €40M investment by the Catalan Government, will serve 1.4M passengers a year with Alsa, Autocars Salvia and Moventis under a singular vaulted-brick roof. From day one, NaviLens marks the outdoor accesses, concourse, the 28 platform pillars and the exit to Pl. Ramon Berenguer IV — spoken in Catalan, Spanish and 42 more languages.

The Department of Territory, Housing and Ecological Transition runs Catalonia’s bus station network. Lleida is the first major station to open with NaviLens built into its official signage from day one.
NaviLens was already present in other Catalan Government facilities — notably at FGC; the Lleida rollout extends it to intercity bus, completing the accessible modal chain: train ↔ bus ↔ city.

A brand-new intermodal facility
The new station opened on 2 March 2026, replacing the old one. For 1.4M annual passengers — many first-time visitors — clear wayfinding from the underground access through the concourse, 28 platforms and rail connection was critical from day one.

Three operators, dozens of routes
Alsa, Autocars Salvia and Moventis share platforms for urban, county, regional and long-distance services. Wayfinding must be operator-independent and serve locals and tourists in any language.

Catalan + 42 languages, no reprinting
All official signage is in Catalan. NaviLens speaks Catalan natively and adds Spanish, English, French, German, Arabic and 42 more languages — key at a node connecting France, Andorra and Aragon.

A code at every
critical point.
NaviLens marks the outdoor accesses, the main concourse, the pillars of all 28 platforms and the exit toward Pl. Ramon Berenguer IV.
Passengers open the app, point without focusing and hear — in Catalan, Spanish or any of 42 languages — which platform their bus leaves from, where the exit is or which operator runs each bay.
