The Treasury Department of the Autonomous Region of Murcia houses the general registry, treasury, Cl@ve office and taxpayer support, alongside partner bank branches in the same building.
In January 2019, Minister Fernando de la Cierva presented the NaviLens pilot there, defined by the Regional Government as "the first Spanish public administration" to adopt this intelligent digital signage.
The project rolled out simultaneously to five more buildings —Regional Tax Agency, IMAS, Infante building, Foro de Cartagena building and the Lorca office— and was completed with an induction loop system under UNE-EN 60118-4:2015 for hearing aids and cochlear implants.

A government building is a maze of counters
The site brings together registry, treasury, taxpayer support and bank branches. Blind or partially sighted people have to ask staff again and again to identify entrance, security arch, counters and restrooms.

Hearing disability falls outside the signs
Hearing-aid and cochlear-implant users suffer the reverb and background noise of marble lobbies. Conventional signage offers no accessible alternative.

Complex procedures with no accessible briefing
Visitors arrive with specific questions: where to collect an appointment, how to file a form, what to do at the security arch. The Department needed to deliver all that in voice, in several languages, even before entering.

NaviLens at every milestone + induction loops at every counter.
Every milestone —door, security arch, lobby, treasury and taxpayer counters, Cl@ve office, adapted restrooms and exit— gets a NaviLens code on rigid card, signed by the Region of Murcia, ddtags and NaviLens.
Pointing the phone from several metres, the app reads the procedure instructions in 42 languages and offers an augmented-reality guide to the next milestone.
In parallel, counters carry the FUE Tecnología y Accesibilidad induction loop under UNE-EN 60118-4:2015, sending the clerk's voice directly to the hearing aid or cochlear implant, with no reverberation.

Progressive extension to the rest of the administration
The Region of Murcia announces the gradual rollout of NaviLens and induction loops across the rest of its offices, setting the model later followed by ATRM, Health and the street network of Murcia.
