The client
RATP · Paris Métro Île-de-France Mobilités
RATP operates the Paris Métro under the organizing authority Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM). Porte de Versailles station, on Line 12, is one of the busiest hubs of south-west Paris: it connects the 15th arrondissement to the Parc des Expositions, home of Viva Technology, Salon de l'Agriculture and Paris Photo.
In this setting, NaviLens appears at two key points on the platform—on top of the Point Contact totem and on the M12 → Aubervilliers wayfinding sign—two elements every rider looks for before boarding.

§ The solution
Line, direction and next trains in your ear.
The suspended platform sign integrates the line indicator, the destination—Aubervilliers—and the next trains (02 min, 06 min). Next to the “M12” pictogram, a NaviLens code lets the app read that same information aloud, in the user's language.
On the side of the platform, the blue “Point Contact / Besoin d'aide ? Une question ?” totem adds another code on top: the rider knows where the help-call button to the control room is, without having to walk over to read it.
§ Walkthrough
Two codes, one readable platform.

Rider-help totem
The code on top of the totem signals that this is where the “Appuyez ici” button connects to the RATP agent. The app voices what it is, where the button is and what it does.
